Did you see the picture of the boat they hit out of the water? The police boat tore the side of the boat apart with it's prop.

It was all over the morning news. It was reported he was responding to victims in the water from a boating mishap. I realize he was trying to get to the location quickly but obviously he under estimated distance and power of his vessel. He put innocent people in danger trying to do the right thing. Quite unfortunate. Hopefully many learn from this.

He must have been heading right at the boat he crashed into when he hit the gas.
