When I was a Democrat I always was bugged when I heard tax and spend, tax and spend to describe the Democrats. I thought it was unfair and too broad of a term. Boy was I wrong. They don't care about anybody but themselves.

Why not just post as Matzoh instead of having two identities. We all know who you are.

Your'e wrong. Matzoh and I are not the same. He really has a good sense of humor and is a little more light hearted than I. He was the only reason I stayed on the other site for so long.

I’ve pleaded, lectured, set goals and even made her work for what she spends so she realizes it’s got value and doesn’t come out of thin air. But she doesn’t learn, each month the bills increase and for frivolous items, parties and trips. My wife says we need to do something, we can’t cover the monthly payments. I love my daughter, but she has a spending problem. So I will have to call the bank and cut off the card. She’s going to cry, accuse, spew hate and venom, promising never to speak to me again. But it’s the best for her, unfortunately she won’t realize that until she’s much older.

Methinks the out of control spending of Liberal Democrats on the taxpayers credit card is much of the same situation. What does every man, women and child owe China now? Over $50,000 each?

I sure could use that money right now, with us four $200,000 could buy a nice duplex and we could rent it for additional income which we would spend in the economy and assist others with making their living.

Yeah, I guess we Republicans are really so out of touch now, huh?"

That high price was Bush's fault. At least it went down after obama was elected.

What a despicable party the Democrats are. They lie that the Republicans don't care. But they care more. BS!

You're just finding that out?

Shocked

"...Law enforcement officials are investigating a threat against Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), who was vaulted into national prominence with his push to defund ObamaCare.

A person identifying himself as Troy Gilmore Jr., posted on Twitter Friday morning: “Take down Ted Cruz, at his home” and listed Cruz’s home address in Houston.

“What goes around comes around CRUZ!!” the person wrote.

The author of the threat identifies himself as having served in the U.S. Army. Sean Rushton, Cruz’s spokesman, said, “We’re aware of it and have alerted the proper authorities.”

“I can’t comment further on security matters,” he said.

At about 5:30 pm on Friday, he posted another apparent threat, urging that Cruz “needs to be taught a street-wise lesson”.

The person posted Cruz's home address several other times this month and repeatedly used threatening language.

The Capitol Police takes all threats to members of Congress seriously.

“We are looking into that matter,” said Officer Shennell Antrobus, a spokesman for the Capitol Police.

How does it feel to stick by a political party that is circling the drain.

"McConnell made no mention of the polls showing that the shutdown and flirtation with default have sent Republicans' public approval plummeting and have left the party badly split nationally as well as in his home state of Kentucky. He received a prompt reminder, though."

Wisconsin dropped from #11 to #44 in job creation in Walker's first 2 years and he is not even close to creating the 250,000 jobs he promised.

There were two major demographics at work here—Muslims and Mormons:

1) Romney lost votes because he is a Mormon.

2) Obama gained votes from the other growing demographic—the Muslims.

In other words, The Marxist Party welcomes Islam.

Who do you stand with?

Is that surprising with an economy so botched by Obama?

"Countries around the world are blazing past the United States in job creation. That was the New York Times’ conclusion after analyzing the latest round of figures from Friday’s Labor Department report.

As of March 2013, U.S. employment was down 2.1% from where it stood at the end of 2007. Over the same period of time, Australian employment figures increased by 8.1%, while “Germany, the biggest economy in the troubled euro zone, has managed a 5.8% gain in employment.”

America’s neighbor to the north, Canada, is also outperforming the U.S. Canada’s unemployment rate is half a percentage point lower than the U.S. rate. Indeed, as the Times notes, “the United States population is nearly 10 times that of Canada, yet the Canadian economy added 95,000 jobs in May compared with 175,000 in the United States.”

Moreover, many of the U.S. jobs created are low-paying; nearly half of all the jobs created over the last three years are low-wage positions.

On Friday, U.S. unemployment ticked slightly higher to 7.6%."
