Insurer: "Let's Try Next Week"...

"Can we just see if it works?" Amine Ashkar pleads as he tries to sign up for health insurance at the Community Clinic, Inc. in Silver Spring, Md. on Wednesday afternoon. "We can try," answers Martha Lopez, a former insurance agent who's helping people enroll.

The screen gets stuck as she tries to set up an account for Ashkar, a 32-year-old bus driver who's looking for a better deal on his insurance.

Lopez and her team of fellow navigators employed through the nonprofit clinic have been unable to complete a single enrollment online.

"Why don't we try next week?" Lopez asks Ashkar. It's not the first time Lopez has sent a client away.

"Rep. Adam Kinzinger, Illinois Republican, said on MSNBC’s “Jansing & Co” that the $500 million that it cost to build the Healthcare.gov website and the additional money it will cost to repair it should raise some eyebrows.

“I think there is a real concern right now of ‘Look, yeah, I get that it’s just a website, but this is the first part of a bigger rollout. If the website can’t be done correctly, what else is going to follow?’ I think Americans have legitimate questions and legitimate concerns,” Mr. Kinzinger said.

So true! Obamacare will be ironed out and become very successful. The states that set up their own exchanges are starting off very well!!
