A new America is being built by the election of more Democrats

This is good news for this country as a whole:

This will still likely drag on for weeks, but Democrat Mark Herring was officially declared the winner Monday of the Virginia Attorney General's race by just 165 votes out of more than two million votes cast over Republican Mark Obenshain -- 1,103,777 to 1,103,612.

If the result holds up, Democrats would control all five statewide offices -- governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general, and the two U.S. Senate seats -- for the first time in a generation, since 1969 when Democratic politics were very different. In states like Virginia, they were culturally conservative and dubbed Dixiecrats for the most part. It would also be the first time a Democrat was elected attorney general since 1989.

I fail to see how electing one half of the welfare/warfare party is a good thing for anybody.

Government will grow bigger and more liberty will be lost.

But, whatever blows your skirt up I suppose.

I just don't understand how ANYONE can think that BIGGER government is BETTER.

Why exactly it is that the so called intellectuals are okay with giving government control over individual choices?

The cornerstone of liberal thought that has an interesting corollary; elected officials know what it is best for the individual even though history proves otherwise.

I just don't understand how 40% of Americans believe Obama is trustworthy when we KNOW he repeatedly lied and deceived the population to get his signature legislation passed.  Is 40% of this country really stupid?

Either stupid or so self observed that they can't see the millions of lives that have been thrown into chaos by the lies from obama and obamacare.

The number is larger than that.

There are 40 percent on the other side that would do the same thing if it was a "Team Red" president.

That is why the vote of the Independents is so important.

Or they don't listen and don't know what is going on. They can't be THAT stupid, can they?
