All forms of tyranny resort to mass detainment and murder to retain power.

All. There are no exceptions in all of human history.

Governments are what and who commit genocide in the name of legitimacy.

Seems like some freemen have taken to shaking their rifles in the tyrants faces of late.

It makes them very afraid.

It won't even take a plurality. A committed minority can pull this off.

A committed minority will also cause the "round ups'.

It's a dangerous line to walk, but the alternative is even worse, because it is basically the same.

Once the ruling class has tired of laughing at us hopping from one foot to the other trying to comply with that which is uncompliable with, that is.

Bottom line, it's about damn time to tell the tyrants to piss off.

Enough is enough.

The word has gotten around with interesting twists. It turns out that the Red Chinese are buying up US land:

"ENN Energy Group wants to build a 5 billion dollar solar farm in the Dry Lake Solar Energy Zone, on which Bundy’s farm is located. Who are the investors for ENN? The Chinese, using the EB-5 program. Who represents ENN in its negotiations? Rory Reid, Harry’s son. This little band has already run 52 other ranchers in the area. Bundy is the last one left.

So was the BLM there in force for turtles or as the private enforcement machine of a corrupt Senator seeking to fill his pockets with cash? Senator Reid is the one who said, “This isn’t over yet.” He’s apparently in a position to know."

The Chinese ain't the enemy, it's the crooks within our own government in bed with foreign special interests. Using our tax money and treasure to enrich themselves.
Treason is as treason does.

I hear you!

Speaking telling tyrants to piss off, I'd bet a lot, the ruling class calls certain rifles "assault weapons", not because they are, but because they are afraid these arms in the hands of people who have had enough, are going to be used to assault the ruling class, for what they are doing to us.
They are right to fear such things.
They have richly earned it.
They know it.
It is about time for them to end the Kabuki theater and reveal their true nature and intent for all to see.

Enough is enough possesses profound implications.

Ever read of the theory of "Preference Cascade".
Pretty interesting stuff.

I think the dynamics of it are integral to a plurality or committed minority. They are kind of the same thing wouldn't you say?
Our founders wrote some very important things about a plurality and it's power, how it isn't a plurality's size or numbers but it's legitimacy, in the context of a governing system of consent of people and idea of equality of law equally applied, a plurality has a power to change the world.
It must be true, as it is a plurality, roughly 3 percent at most, who waged the most kick ass successful revolution in human history. (many insurgency's against tyranny fail without people backing it.) And only a tiny fraction of that 3% bared arms against tyranny, most of the 3 percent where support of the countryside.
Talking hearts and minds.

From over the transom:

The Vacuum, or, Calling the Cops on the Cops

It’s been a little over a month since the showdown at the Bundy Ranch. The many details of this event have been thoroughly discussed and analyzed throughout the patriot/Liberty community. To say that the Bundy Ranch Incident (sounds like a prog-rock band name, doesn’t it?) represents a paradigm shift in the relationship between American citizens and the federal government is an understatement. A lot of commentators in the patriot/Liberty community have looked at it from the perspective of resistance to a tyrannical government. I’ve recently begun looking at it from another angle.

Cliven Bundy asked for help from the patriot/Liberty community once it became clear that the Bureau of Land Management was coming to steal his cattle. The BLM showed up with 200 agents, armed to the teeth and jonesing for a Waco re-enactment. The Clark County sheriff and governor of Nevada stood by impotently. Then something extraordinary happened. Hundreds of patriots showed up to defend the Bundys, and in doing so, they became the legitimate law-enforcement authority.

The federal government’s lawless actions have been growing exponentially as of late, and their actions at the Bundy Ranch were just a few more in a very long string of abuses directed at American citizens. In this case, the BLM was ready and willing to steal and destroy private property and kill American citizens so Harry Reid and his lobbyist son Rory can make money from a shady deal for a “solar energy zone” with a Chinese energy company. One of Harry Reid’s longtime aides, Neil Kornze, was promoted to director of the BLM shortly before the videotaped assault of peaceful protesters by BLM thugs took place. With a staunch Reid loyalist at the helm, the Reids’ plan of using the BLM to do their dirty work for them was almost assured. Almost.

By behaving lawlessly, the federal government has created a vacuum of authority. By breaking the law, frequently and egregiously, they can no longer claim the authority to uphold the law. That authority was taken up by the patriots who stood up to the BLM’s criminal actions. That authority belongs to the people now, not to the heavily-armed and armored thugs playing soldier in the Nevada desert or the politicians and bureaucrats who sent them there. The feds will fight tooth and nail to dispute this, but the fact remains that they have vacated their position of authority and the American people have stepped in to fill the void. In essence, Bundy “called the cops” on the cops themselves.

So where do we go from here? We continue to resist the criminal actions of the tyrants. You wouldn’t let a garden-variety robber or murderer continue committing crimes – why should the ones who wear a suit and tie be any different?

But…but…Domestic Terrists!!!!!!

Now a Government agency has stepped big-time on an American couple:

"When Andy and Katie Johnson built a pond on their property in 2011 to provide water for their cattle, they never dreamed it would result in threats of $75,000 a day in fines from the Environmental Protection Agency.

The Johnsons believed they had done everything necessary to get permission for the pond, where the tiny creek runs through their property.

The State Engineer's Office provided the permit and even stated in an April 4, 2013 letter to the Johnsons: "All of the legal requirements of the State Engineer's Office, that were your responsibility, have been satisfied for the Johnson Stock Reservoir."

The EPA saw it differently -- and sent the Johnsons a Jan. 30 notice informing them they had violated the Clean Water Act, which could carry thousands of dollars in fines..."

Bundy Ranch

Feds Retaliate against the Bundy Ranch and the Southern Nevada People On Friday October 10th, 2014 a Notice from the federal registry reveals that the federal government is mounting retaliations against the Bundy family and the Southern Nevada people.

Federal Register / Vol. 79, No.197 Notice, outlines plans to make the Bundy ranch and most of the rest of Southern Nevada, Areas of Critical Environmental Concern (ACECs). 90 days from October 10th, 2014 these proposals will become federal law without consent from the Nevada State legislatures or the people of Southern Nevada.

Areas of Critical Environmental Concern (ACECs) are human restricted management areas. ACECs have been a tool used by the federal government to gain further control of large masses of western lands and the resources.

As proposed, nearly 3 million acres in Southern Nevada will be locked away from the people. This includes most uses on the land (recreational, agricultural or otherwise).

The Fed-Crooks are on the move. Red China and Harry Reid to benefit.
