New Medicaid Enrollments Top 7 Million Under Obamacare

The New England Journal of Medicine estimates that 10.3 million new people have gained health insurance as a result of Obamacare, and another 5.7 million people are waiting in the wings in states that have yet to expand Medicaid enrollment:

That's right, and the states which are not accepting the Medicaid expansion are punishing their own citizens through local taxes to pay for their Medicaid services. It will be just a matter of time before all states decide to accept the Medicaid expansion as it becomes clearer to the citizens that they could have this benefit available to them.

how many "citizens" will have this available to them?

The article says that 5.7 million more people are eligible for Medicaid coverage in the 2 dozen states which did not accept the Medicaid expansion.
