Dear Abby

Post  WHL on Sun May 10, 2015 7:22 am

Subject:  Dear Abby

My husband is a liar and a cheat. He has cheated on me from the beginning, and, when I confront him, he denies everything.

What's worse, everyone knows that he cheats on me. It is so humiliating. Also, since he lost his job 14 years ago, he hasn't even looked for a new one.

All he does all day is smoke cigars, cruise around and shoot the bull with his buddies, while I have to work to pay the bills.

Since our daughter went away to college he doesn't even pretend to like me, and even hints that I may be a lesbian.

What should I do?

Signed: Clueless

Dear Clueless:

Grow up and dump him. Good grief woman! You don't need him anymore!

You're running for President of the United States .
Act like one.

The Washington Post had a great story about him as a liability. He actually defended continuing to give speeches by saying he "needs to pay the bills"!

It sounds a little hypocritical for free market advocates to be criticizing how much money a guy makes. How do you differentiate corporate CEOs who make millions of dollars, and more, every year from the former president who commands a premium stipend for his speeches. Who gets to say who is making too much in a free market?? Don't free marketers cry socialism when that starts happening?

As far as Bill being a liability, watch his speech at Obama's nomination convention and tell me he wasn't a big part of the president's reelection!!

Oh really! In that case the USA is much more a corporatist than capitalist society. But who gets to determine Bill Clinton's worth for one of his speeches????

We certainly are more Corporatist than Capitalist.  While this has been going on for quite some time now, Who has been running the show for the past 6+ years?

Are Bill and Hillary clean in this latest scandal or did they run a pay to play scam with our national security?

Maybe the truth is the muddy middle, where we so often find the Clintons.

We know Bill and Hillary’s foundation failed to report donations correctly to the IRS.  We know Bill & Hillary chose not to follow the agreement and disclose all of the donors beforehand and they chose to skirt federal regulations and house her State Department emails on an off-the-books server. We also know Bill and Hillary had the server erased.

You can’t honestly answer that question without an investigation.  Taking the word of one of the most notoriously crooked political families is not acceptable.

I don't know that anything you're saying is true! The State Department is saying that no further investigation is required, so that's what I'm going with. Your bulldog, Trey Gowdy, is pushing off the 9th Benghazi hearing until he thinks it's the right time to attack Hillary, so let him embarrass the entire Republican party when they bring her in. Wink

Christie is drowning on taxpayer funded $25 hot dogs

Walker can run on his record of running Wisconsin into the ground. (and John Doe!)

Paul can run on whatever comes out of which side of his mouth on any given day.

Bush can run on his brother's record! Laughing Laughing Laughing

Carson can run on his new flat tax plan that FOX New tore apart.

Huckabee can run on God's lightening and thunder.

Fiorina can run on her excellence in corporatism! Rolling Eyes

Great field you got there!!!!!   elephant

Exactly why we can see the hypocrisy in what Bill and Hillary are doing. Because they pretend they are something they aren't. Nobody else is supposed to take corporate money or even make money without sharing it with others, but it is ok for them to do. IN excess the can do it.

Let me clear it up for you.  Your far left talking points do not line up with the facts (as usual).

I don’t know how this could be any clearer.  The State Department did not investigate anything.

"The State Department has not and does not intend to initiate a formal review or to make a retroactive judgment about items that were not submitted during Secretary Clinton's tenure,"
-Rathke

That is a far cry from: “The State Department is saying that no further investigation is required.”

The AP's Matt Lee who asked why the State Department wouldn't investigate further to determine if the tens of millions of dollars in donations had influenced her, and thus the US State Department's, decisions in the 2011-2013 period. Lee told Rathke that “the reason you are not aware of anything is because the building is refusing to go back and look at it to see if there is anything that might raise a flag."

Rathke's response: "There is no evidence that these donations to the Clinton charities had any effect on Clinton's decisions. “We’re not going to make a retroactive review on these cases and we will not make a retroactive judgment.”

Watch it for yourself.

The circular logic involved here is so twisted even the most hardened partisan could not fail to recognize that there is no way to make a determination if said previously undisclosed donations had influenced her decisions without a further inquiry.

The Hillary Defense:

"Your honor, this hearing is a 'Retroactive Review' and any judgment that might be bought against me is therefore a Retroactive one, and by definition inadmissible."  Laughing

In any criminal, or even ethical accusation, there has to be at least some reasonable suspicion of wrongdoing by the accused to initiate an investigation. You don't just start one because you have foaming at the mouth, screaming right wing lunatics demanding one. Your boy, Peter Schweizer, admitted on several television outlets that he had no evidence!

Schweizer never said there was no evidence, quite the contrary in fact.  There is a preponderance of evidence to start and investigation and that is how these things usually work.

1. We know Hillary violated the agreement she made with the Obama administration.

2. We know the Clinton Foundation filed false IRS returns.

3. We know the Clinton Foundation took millions of dollars in donations from foreign nations while Hillary was Secretary of State.

4. We know Tens of millions were donated to the Clinton Foundation by Uranium One’s major shareholders.  The Clinton Foundation did not report those donations.

5. We know It is virtually certain that she violated the Federal Records Act.

6. The New York Times and the Washington Post that have been reporting and investigating on the Clinton Foundation scandal. We know they are not foaming at the mouth screaming right wing lunatics.

As a worshipper of both Hillary and Obama, you obviously have no concept of truthfulness. Are you really trying to make the argument that the long history of Bill and Hillary being honest and above reproach makes such suspicions unnecessary?  Laughing

If you are relying on the liberal-friendly media, you are probably unaware of the dire straits in which Hillary finds herself these days.  Once she ventures out of her bubble wrap which currently protects her from incoming questions, she will be pummeled by the most embarrassing queries. She cannot avoid them forever and Republicans certainly smell the blood in the water. Hillary will buckle as she did before.

“What difference, at this point, does it make?”

She would not survive a debate, either among Democrat candidates or against a Republican.

You did huh? Rolling Eyes

Hillary will not be the nominee. She will bail when her physical and mental condition become too difficult to conceal. On the rare occasion a reporter gets to ask her a question, she doesn’t answer because doesn’t know she’s being asked. Her brain is gone; she has been like this for quite some time now.

This is not character assassination of Hillary; it is character invention by those on the left willing to follow her. Desperately trying to create character where there is none. 2016 Hillary’s is an attempt to rewrite the dismal history of her failed tenure as Secretary of State, something that will need several thick coats of driveway sealer to gloss over.

Your problem is that you only listen to LEFT wing propaganda sources and they do nothing but cover up the evidence (which is ample). But, you just put your head right back up where it has been and everything will just be OK. Hang in there with Hillary, Buzzard. I wouldn’t bet the farm on her surviving too much beyond the time the first real questions are asked

She is QUITE beatable because she herself provides so much of the assistance.

Yeah right, Hillary won't be the nominee:

And she has no chance of winning the election:

That's right, I got my head firmly planted right up my a$$! Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing

And here is the scorecard on Hillary's patterns of behavior, sans evidence:

I guess the Sergeant at Arms will be removing Hillary from the chamber in handcuffs, just like he did with Eric Holder!!!    lol!

What Does The "Freedom of Information Act" Mean to NB?

Post  News Hawk on Thu May 14, 2015 4:55 pm

"...The State Department had an obligation under the Federal Records Act to properly preserve, maintain, and make available for retrieval records of its official functions. In fact, it is the obligation of the head of every federal agency to do so.  Secretary Clinton plainly violated her own legal obligations. Doing so was misconduct.

(The State Department originally did not oppose this request.)

“The decision by a federal judge to reopen our Clinton-Benghazi lawsuit is an extraordinary legal development that spells trouble for Hillary Clinton and the Obama administration,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.  “There is no precedent for Hillary Clinton’s stealing, hiding, and destroying State Department records.

Rather than defend its and Hillary Clinton’s fraud on the courts overseeing this and other FOIA lawsuits, the State Department stood down and joined Judicial Watch in asking for the lawsuit to be reopened.  The Clinton machine may run rings around Congress and much of the media, but this cover-up effort won’t work as well on federal judges..."

The Federal Records Act, concerning E-Mails, was passed after Clinton left office!

How do we know that Clinton destroyed State Department records?

And so the filing of some 25 lawsuits against Hillary Clinton and her aides appear to be no more than a fishing expedition with no evidence of wrongdoing!

How desperate is the Right Wing to eliminate Hillary as a candidate, and I wouldn't be surprised that after Hillary is elected President Obama will issue an Order of Executive Privilege over all of this horse dung!

Thanks for posting this article Buzzard.

From the article:

The State Department had an obligation under the Federal Records Act to properly preserve, maintain, and make available for retrieval records of its official functions. In fact, it is the obligation of the head of every federal agency to do so. Secretary Clinton plainly violated her own legal obligations. Doing so was misconduct.

hmmm

"The decision by a federal judge to reopen our Clinton-Benghazi lawsuit is an extraordinary legal development that spells trouble for Hillary Clinton and the Obama administration," said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. "There is no precedent for Hillary Clinton's stealing, hiding, and destroying State Department records. The Clinton machine may run rings around Congress and much of the media, but this cover-up effort won't work as well on federal judges in Judicial Watch's two dozen lawsuits."

While you want to see all the Hillary scandals swept under the rug, polls indicate the majority of Americans want the truth and they want this investigated.

BOTTOM LINE: FBI needs to Investigate Hillary, on Benghazi, her E Mail server, and the Illegal Campaign money being "Laundered" thru The Clinton Foundation!

There is little question that Hillary Clinton was conducting official business on her private e-mail account, and her turning over 55,000 pages of documents only after she left office all but concedes that (but may not concede the full scope of her use of that account).

There is also little doubt, given this functional definition, that e-mail has been covered by the Federal Records Act since its adoption by the federal government during the Clinton administration. As Ian Tuttle correctly notes, the State Department’s own manual has plainly provided, since 1995, that e-mail records must be preserved under the Federal Records Act.

Your statement does not say that Hillary could not use her own server under the Federal Records Act, and Hillary's contention is that all of her State Department E-Mails became the property of the State Department through the receivers of the E-Mails. She then turned all of her E-Mails over to the State Department for the purpose of giving them to the ninth Benghazi committee. Apparently eight is not enough!  Rolling Eyes

If we were to take the faulty logic of the Republicans further, the US Congress should have the power to subpoena every private E-Mail of every federal government official to make sure they're not doing anything wrong. Up until this point Peter Schweizer, or any other right wing quack, has not come up with any evidence of criminal wrongdoing by the Clintons.

Her Track Record?

Post  News Hawk on Fri May 15, 2015 7:06 pm

News Buzzard wrote:How do we know that Clinton destroyed State Department records?

Mrs. Clinton

Doesn't her track record speak for itself?

scratch

"Many people who may vote in the Democratic primary election, if there is one, and the general election in 2016, have no real knowledge of Mrs. Clinton or her accomplishments.  As a public service, I thought I would provide some input regarding her triumphs for consideration.

When Bill Clinton was president, he allowed Hillary to assume authority over a health care reform.  Even after threats and intimidation, she couldn't even get a vote in a democratic controlled congress.  This fiasco cost the American taxpayers about $13 million in cost for studies, promotion, and other efforts.

Then President Clinton gave Hillary authority over selecting a female attorney general.  Her first two selections were Zoe Baird and Kimba Wood; both were forced to withdraw their names from consideration.  Next she chose Janet Reno. Her husband Bill described her selection as my worst mistake.  Some may not remember that Reno made the decision to gas David Koresh and the Branch Davidian religious sect in Waco, Texas, resulting in dozens of deaths of women and children.

Husband Bill allowed Hillary to make recommendations for the head of the Civil Rights Commission. Lani Guanier was her selection. When a little probing led to the discovery of Ms. Guanier's radical views, her name had to be withdrawn from consideration.

Apparently a slow learner, husband Bill allowed Hillary to make some more recommendations. She chose former law partners Web Hubbel for the Justice Department, Vince Foster for the White House staff and William Kennedy for the Treasury Department.  Her selections went well: Hubbel went to prison, Foster (presumably) committed suicide, and Kennedy was forced to resign.

Many younger votes will have no knowledge of Travelgate.  Hillary wanted to award unfettered travel contracts to Clinton friend Harry Thompson and the White House Travel Office refused to comply. She managed to have them reported to the FBI and fired. This ruined their reputations, cost them their jobs, and caused a thirty-six month investigation. Only one employee, Billy Dale was charged with a crime, and that of the enormous crime of mixing personal and White House funds. The jury acquitted him of any crime in less than two hours.

Still not convinced of her ineptness, Hillary was allowed to recommend a close Clinton friend, Craig Livingstone, for the position of Director of White House security. When Livingstone was investigated for the improper access of about 900 FBI files of Clinton enemies (Filegate) and the widespread use of drugs by White House staff, suddenly Hillary and the president denied even knowing Livingstone, and of course, denied knowledge of drug use in the White House. Following this debacle, the FBI closed its White House Liaison Office after more than thirty years of service to seven presidents.

Next, when women started coming forward with allegations of sexual harassment and rape by Bill Clinton, Hillary was put in charge of the bimbo eruptions and scandal defense.  Some of her more notable decisions in the debacle were:

She urged her husband not to settle the Paula Jones lawsuit.  After the Starr investigation they settled with Ms. Jones.
She refused to release the Whitewater documents, which led to the appointment of Ken Starr as Special Prosecutor. After that $80 million dollars of taxpayer money was spent, Starr's investigation led to Monica Lewinsky, which led to Bill lying about and later admitting his affairs.

Hillary's devious game plan resulted in Bill losing his license to practice law for lying under oath to a grand jury, and then his subsequent impeachment by the House of Representatives.

Hillary avoided indictment for perjury and obstruction of justice during the Starr investigation by repeating “I do not recall, I have no recollection, and don't know” a total of 56 times while under oath.

After leaving the White House, Hillary was forced to return an estimated $200,000 in White House furniture, china and artwork that she had stolen.

What a swell party, ready for another four or eight years of this type low-life mess?

Now we are exposed to: the destruction of possibly incriminating emails while Hillary was Secretary of State and the “pay to play” schemes of the Clinton Foundation. We have no idea what shoe will fall next.  But to her loyal fans “what difference does it make”?

With credentials like the above, she's fully qualified, and a sure-thing Democratic shoe-in.

drunken
