Approve of this Transplant?

A youngish Russian man, whose body is failing him, is awaiting news for a "body transplant". (His head will be severed, and reattached to another body in the US).

It may sound horrifying but every new thing that they do sounds that way at first. I have no doubt it will be done someday. Who would believe people would get new hearts? Now it is common.
