OK, I'm Stumped...What Bug is This?

"Tick" was put forward on Winni.com.

I'm calling it one of those "Jumping Spiders", but can't say for sure.

Jumping Spiders are the only spider I can tolerate—and only the smaller ones. Who wants to be the first victim of "necrotic tissue damage" from a spider bite previously-unknown to have been a hazard?

(...and I've been solidly bitten by spiders you can barely see...last summer I got spider-bit on three occasions—a personal record...)

A few years ago, I had a tiny-tiny Jumping Spider land on my monitor screen. I "chased" it with the (larger) cursor, and it always bravely confronted "the hazard".  I shoulda video-taped it!

I thought someone on Winni did say it was a spider.
