I wish we knew where fsh is. I miss him. Sorry I haven't been posting a lot. I have had a lot on my plate lately.

Perhaps he took to heart the hacker's message of "being banned"?

I've been having my own problems, and had Fairpoint out to check the phone lines. I figured out just a minute ago, that one of my connections was badly corroded. I plugged a new cord in, and I'm back in business againl

That's what I am wondering if he thinks he was REALLY banned by us. ????? I wish we knew how to get in touch. Both the admin and I did email him through here, but I have no way of knowing if he got it.

It's possible that each member has been subject to the hacker's malevolence.

The "Homeland-Security Trojan Virus" has gotten into my computer, so I'm operating in "Safe" mode. But for how much longer?

 

Please publish Keith's number here, so I can check it from another computer—and perhaps determine if it's fixable, and not be cause for a new computer.

I suggest that Admin report this hacking to the WPD, before more damage goes on. If the perp is who I think it is, I'm very disappointed.

 

I have Keith's number as 569-5732. This was before he opened his new office, but I assume he kept the same number. Good luck.

I just called Keith, and he said to stay off the Internet. So I'll try my old backup computer, which isn't connected to the virus. Maybe tonight I'll be back.

A "forced" conversion to Windows 10 (which happened the same night) has been modified.

Remember when we were told to disable that Java program? I thought I had--but had not--and that is the door that let the Trojan virus in.

Oh thank goodness I disabled it!
