5-PM and there's thunder in North Wolfeboro and Meredith. From Doppler WMUR, the progression appears the major part is moving eastward, towards Wolfeboro Neck. There's lots of red and yellow, so we're for some noise.

It would be a good time to be in the middle of the broads at full sail. Very Happy

Oh no, Don! But I think NH had a nice sail earlier. Wasn't that you I tried to swamp this afternoon, NH?

Boaters were still towing tubers as the clouds built, and it got darker quickly. Surely, they heard the thunder.

Evil or Very Mad

We got a LOT of rain!

(Just what we needed).

Minutes earlier, a 26-foot bow-rider unexpectedly came within 25-feet of my little boat at about 30-MPH off Ayers Point. All I could do was shake my head, but no one aboard noticed. It was a wild ride in their wake. Bouncing around in the middle of their wake, I should've videoed their departure. I may have one shot that included them—but it wasn't easy.

'Sorry I didn't return your wave—as it was, I had to crane my neck around to see. Y'know, Steve Wingate has the same color sail and boat—just newer! You can view it moored off his dock.

It's on the charts.

Wink

Surely, you know where 60 large tents compose a little community that you cruise by...every time you leave Winter Harbor.
