Rare Cessna over The Broads...

A Cessna 190, from the 1950s, is a rare sight—even rarer is to see one on floats...Amphibious floats even more rare!

 

One reason for its rarity is the [reliable but] costly-to-repair radial engine that won World War II for the USA.

(An air-cooled engine, with cylinders arranged around the engine's center crankshaft).

You should blur out the numbers. Unless you have prior consent that is.

Would that model be their version of the Bombardier Beaver? Same time period.
