Is it a jet ski?

Yesterday, we saw a boat go on the INSIDE of the buoy between Wolfeboro Neck and the opening to Winter Harbor from the broads. Following them, another boat went in the same place. They both made it. I held my breath.

You need to blur the image to protect the ident of the person on the jet ski.
