Great video!
I watched the video, I also read this on another Wolfeboronian video:
Wolfeboronian 1 month ago
Threat to NH's Loon species is 36% from boat impacts. This perp is clearly breaking New Hampshire's speed limit for boats on Saturday, August 11, 2013.
This weekender has just left open water, opened up the throttles, and is headed across a neighborhood of shoreline residents, who place great value on New Hampshire's natural attributes.
Comments:
Threat to NH's Loon species is 36% from boat impacts, what are the actions that you are taking against the 64%?
This perp is clearly breaking New Hampshire's speed limit for boats on Saturday, August 11, 2013., not to me, did you have a radar gun?
This weekender has just left open water, opened up the throttles, and is headed across a neighborhood of shoreline residents, who place great value on New Hampshire's natural attributes. So you make no noise and leave zero carbon footprint in your life allowing others maintain what they value?

Once again, you prove to be a tax cheat and a liar.....my guess is right, you are protecting yourself from being exposed!
I'll be reporting this to the authorities so they can keep an eye on you!
In the mean time, this is what happens to tax cheats...

Yeah, I noticed that.APSound wrote:Great pic, get any others? The previous day, I noticed a swimmer offshore. (At the arrow).
Does it have anything to do with an oversized ego?

It might, it does take a strong sense self worth and a confident ego to be able to make the $$$ needed.

Re: Labor Day Weekend on the Lake...
News Hawk,
Are you going to continue to skirt the questions about these shattering allegations you made?
Are you going to disregard your post about two victims who lost their lives in a tragic accident that you cited for your agenda?
Are you going to ignore the fact that you elicit the thoughts of the NHMP without even contacting them and showing them your evidence?
Are you going to respond to New Pigeon that you are truly a FL resident but above claim to spend 2,3 sometimes 4 seasons a year in NH?
Your credibility is on the line here.

Still ignoring? You are seriously an ignorant fool!News Hawk wrote:Tell me why...News Buzzard wrote:I bet he wishes he had that one back!!
You besmudge the memory of two people who passed away less than a week ago.
You claim to know the thoughts behind a department you haven't contacted.
You accuse a group of law abiding citizens as being scofflaws without proof.
The proof you post elsewhere that had to be brought here by another member shows nothing wrong.
Then you provide evidence of tax evasion and yet still ignore these points..
No credibility what so ever. You sir should be ashamed of yourself.
Get back in your bunker before a bird chirps too loud and shatters your day.

Re: Labor Day Weekend on the Lake...
Turn your speakers up: our quiet bay was transformed. Maybe it takes "high-season" to upset the many new renters around Wolfeboro shorelines. It's generally agreed at FATP that Labor Day Weekends—and weekends in general—bring out the IDIOTS.sumrluvr wrote:You claim that it was a shattering ordeal. However the video does not look that way.
There's even an on-going FATP thread where the Ocean-Racers are looking pretty ignorant about US Coast Guard Rules, as adopted by New Hampshire's boating laws.
The change to the law allowed ordinary boats to make more noise than the older boats were formerly entitled to—such as the lakers. Noise is measured at the dock, as LEOs were endangered by the former "drive-by" measurements.sumrluvr wrote:You now start other accusations about a Trojan horse bill that again you have no idea what you are talking about.
I didn't know of such deaths.sumrluvr wrote:You then try to use the tragic deaths of two people this last weekend at a different lake under different circumstances. Don't you have any shame?
I suspect it's already "gone viral" at Hazen Road.sumrluvr wrote:Then you try to enlist what the NHMP may think about the video but won't call or send it to them???
I did?sumrluvr wrote:Basically you've proven your own arguments invalid.

Re: Labor Day Weekend on the Lake...
I saw a smaller boat than the others but not sure if it was a donzi. How do you know? I also did not see anyone who won for it was stated earlier by APSound that he saw the group also proceed around rattlesnake island and dissipate. To have a race you have to have a starting line and finish line and people need to keep track of who gets their first. So please explain how you know where these imaginary lines are when no one else does.News Hawk wrote:Turn your speakers up: our quiet bay was transformed. So for one minute and thirty seven seconds of your 72 hour holiday weekend was "shattered" by a small group of boats with above water exhaust? Is that what you are selling?
There's even an on-going FATP thread where the Ocean-Racers are looking pretty ignorant about US Coast Guard Rules, as adopted by New Hampshire's boating laws.
I am not discussing a different thread. I am discussing this one.The change to the law allowed ordinary boats to make more noise than the older boats were formerly entitled to—such as the lakers. The law was changed so that ordinary boats already BELOW the legal decibel level of 92 can further muffle their engines at low speeds using "captains call". I was at the hearings that the MP spoke at saying they also agreed with this change to FURTHER REDUCE the noise on the lake and that in NO WAY does it increase current decibel regulations.
Want to try that again.?I didn't know of such deaths.sumrluvr wrote:You then try to use the tragic deaths of two people this last weekend at a different lake under different circumstances. Don't you have any shame?
You are the one who said two people on "long lake".. I am not sure which lake you are referring nor how it has a bearing on a small group of boats heading out for a nice day on the lake?I suspect it's already "gone viral" at Hazen Road.sumrluvr wrote:Then you try to enlist what the NHMP may think about the video but won't call or send it to them???
May want to think again.. I've already spoken to them on a different issue and they had no problem or complaints about this so called unauthorized run. Maybe you should call before evoking a conclusion.I did?sumrluvr wrote:Basically you've proven your own arguments invalid. You didn't notice the Donzi that won the "unauthorized race"?sumrluvr wrote:You are the one who posts false information about an "unauthorized race".

Nice distraction News Hawk.

You'd dismiss what $$$ it takes to put a place on the lake—and to have the expectation of peace, quiet, and relative safety from Weekend Bozos?APSound wrote:Does it have anything to do with an oversized ego?

So that means that you own the Lake and no one else should be boating on it while you are here.News Hawk wrote:You'd dismiss what $$$ it takes to put a place on the lake—and to have the expectation of peace, quiet, and relative safety from Weekend Bozos?APSound wrote:Does it have anything to do with an oversized ego?

The Peace was shattered. There are hundreds of folks residing here: just how peaceful their day was, is unknown.
There's even an on-going FATP thread where the Ocean-Racers are looking pretty ignorant about US Coast Guard Rules, as adopted by New Hampshire's boating laws.
I am not discussing a different thread. I am discussing this one.

If you listened to that noise in the video, you heard your Silent Choice Law "at work".I didn't know of such deaths.sumrluvr wrote:You then try to use the tragic deaths of two people this last weekend at a different lake under different circumstances. Don't you have any shame?

"My" bay is the same size as Long Lake, which suffered a dual-fatality by an ego-driven Ocean-Racer bearing the name, "No Patience". The operator had over 24 prior speed-violations from Massachusetts.I suspect it's already "gone viral" at Hazen Road.sumrluvr wrote:Then you try to enlist what the NHMP may think about the video but won't call or send it to them???

You wish to assert here, that the NHMP have already seen this video?

You didn't notice the Donzi that won the "unauthorized race"?
I saw a smaller boat than the others but not sure if it was a donzi. How do you know?
All the boats involved passed close by me on their way to "The Start"—including the red one posted here earlier:You may have noticed that I produced other videos featuring similar scofflaws: for comparative speeds, all the boats are filmed crossing the very same well-defined marks.sumrluvr wrote:I also did not see anyone who won for it was stated earlier by APSound that he saw the group also proceed around rattlesnake island and dissipate. Re: Labor Day Weekend on the Lake...
Yes now that you bring it up I do seem to remember you producing another video of "scofflaws" for comparative speeds, like the one below in which you claim the boat is traveling a measured mile (using a single fixed camera) in 17 seconds, which would mean this boat is traveling at 211 MPH!You may have noticed that I produced other videos featuring similar scofflaws: for comparative speeds, all the boats are filmed crossing the very same well-defined marks.
[/quote]The first offender was said to be traveling at "45-MPH" as the lowest estimate, and covered the measured mile in 22 seconds. Here's another boat traveling the "measured mile", and covers the same distance at 17 seconds.
