I don't know what 60 minutes was thinking by not completely vetting the story, but they've done that before.

I wonder if CBS' apology will be as sincere as obama's was last night? You know which one I mean. The "apology" for the lies about obamacare.

I don't think Obama owes anyone an apology for trying to improve our terrible healthcare system. What is the Republican alternative? That's a rhetorical question. Obamacare is here to stay and it will be a great improvement for millions of Americans.

By the way, the economy is up 2.8% in the 3rd quarter and a little over 200 thousand jobs were added in October.

Unemployment rates up to 7.3%.

According to a report by ADP and Moody’s Analytics, job growth slowed in October, and the private sector added just 130,000 new positions, which is below the average of the last twelve months. Small business growth was also down from the previous month, while payrolls among large enterprises showed an increase. Per the sector details, goods-producing employment rose by 24,000 jobs, construction payrolls added 14,000 jobs, and manufacturing payrolls increased by just 5,000.

The bigger news released by the economic-forecasting firm Capital Economics, reports the U.S. unemployment rate numbers will rise for October from 7.5% from 7.2% due to the government shutdown. The unemployment rate for October will include furloughed government workers and private sector employees laid off by companies that relied heavily on federal contracts. Yet, the expectation is the unemployment rate will certainly fall this month, as a reflection of the federal and private-sector employees returning to work.

Additionally, the release of the third quarter GDP report was postponed until November 7th due to the government shutdown but the forecast predicts a 2.5% growth which all depends on the temperature of companies going back to business. There is speculation that hiring, spending and investment decisions were delayed from October to this month.

As far as Obamacare goes, it's for the greater good that we flush out the crappy policies that don't fit the minimum standards of the law. The only thing you choose to make noise about is that it didn't go the way Obama said it would (with a lot of help from the insurance companies). I don't really care what you think because you guys have been on the wrong side of everything for years now, and in typical fashion the do-nothing House may dispatch ENDA and Immigration Reform, which will get Hillary elected easily. By the end of Hillary's 8 years you guys will be up to 100 thousand posts of pure unadulterated bitching.

By the end of HIllary's 9 years if that happens there will be no country left. It will be Russia. The only one thing that could save it in that scenario is if the Congress is not Democratic.

Do you really think this puts an end to the Benghazi whitewash? It's funny that you don't have a problem with how obama's administration has tried to manipulate the facts of Benghazi. They hid, and are hiding, the truth because it would contradict what obama and his cohorts were proclaiming back then ... that they were winning the war on terrorism.

Demean, belittle and marginalize. This is SOP for the Democrats. They use it for those that disagree with their leftist doctrines and for when they get caught in another flagrant prevarication.
