A 17-year-old child porn suspect enrolled in an elementary school and pretended to be a 12-year-old using another child porn suspect to pose as his father.

Ricardo Javid Lugo, 17, enrolled at Hurst Hills Elementary School in Hurst, Texas, in August using fake documents while Randy Ray Wesson, 28, posed as his father.

The pair allegedly planned to recruit potential victims from the school for both of them.

Police said Wesson also admitted to sexually abusing over 100 children between the ages of 7 and 14.

According to an arrest affidavit, detectives said Wesson 'confessed that police would find approximately 42,000 child pornography images on his computer, thumb drive, phone and SD cards.'

From the woman that Republicans wanted to be a heartbeat away from the Presidency!

Sarah Palin said today that illegal immigrants from Mexico should be put on boats and sent back across the ocean to their home country.

In an interview with Fox News tonight, the former Alaskan governor was asked about President Obama’s new plan to partially legalize some of the estimated 11 million illegal immigrants in America. Palin dismissed the president's idea as “amnesty” and offered an unconventional solution of her own.

“If I were Obama I’d put all 11 million of these folks on boats and send them back to Mexico,” she opined. “The liberal media says it’s impossible to deport that many people. But I say we can do it if we have enough ships.

Real leadership when you need it!

Post  News Hawk Sun Nov 23, 2014 6:04 pm

'The president’s decision to suspend a program helping law enforcement identify and deport dangerous criminals from our country is indefensible,' Texas Republican Sen. John Cornyn said Friday, 'and his actions will only tie the hands of law enforcement officials trying to keep criminals off our streets and our communities safe.'

Obama, he said, 'has neither the will nor the leadership ability to do what presidents before him have done: work with Congress to achieve meaningful reforms. Instead, he’s chosen to ignore the rule of law and launch another massive executive power grab that has grave security consequences for all Americans.'

Obama's decision could help the federal government prioritize its strained resources to focus on deporting 'felons, not families,' as Obama promised in a prime-time speech Thursday night.

'We're going to keep focusing enforcement resources on actual threats to our security,' he said.

But if his aim is to focus on the worst of the worst, his administration has a tough road ahead.

Last year ICE released more than 36,000 convicted criminal aliens while they were awaiting deportation, according to a May report from the Center for Immigration Studies.

Those illegal immigrants included more than 16,070 convicted of driving while drunk or under the influence of drugs, 5,000 convicted of larceny, 303 kidnappers, 1,160 car thieves, 193 killers and 426 convicted of sexual assault.

One of the murderers was convicted of willfully killing a law enforcement officer.

Executive Order On Immigration Imminent - Page 4 Empty Obama Like Putin?

Post  News Hawk Sun Nov 23, 2014 6:43 pm

One day after President Barack Obama announced his plan for executive action on immigration, potential GOP candidate Ben Carson compared the president’s actions to those of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

You work for the people, they don’t work for you,” said Carson when asked what he would tell the president if he had the chance.

“Constitutional authority, you think he has overstepped that in many instances?” asked the CBN host to Carson.

“Without question. Hopefully the legislators in Congress will understand what they need to do…They need to have a spine, they need to stand up because once you allow someone to take liberties with the system, they’re not going to stop,” Carson answered.

“This is going to keep going until you stop them. Our president is very much like Putin,” said Carson, referring to the president’s alleged overreach on immigration

Executive Order On Immigration Imminent - Page 4 Empty Re: Executive Order On Immigration Imminent

Post  obervantone Sun Nov 23, 2014 8:11 pm

The Senate approved a bi-partisan bill dealing with immigration.  One man is preventing Congress from acting on the bill and sending it to the President's desk.  That person's name is John Boehner.

From President Obama:
When I took office, I committed to fixing this broken immigration system. And I began by doing what I could to secure our borders. Today, we have more agents and technology deployed to secure our southern border than at any time in our history. And over the past six years, illegal border crossings have been cut by more than half. Although this summer, there was a brief spike in unaccompanied children being apprehended at our border, the number of such children is now actually lower than it’s been in nearly two years. Overall, the number of people trying to cross our border illegally is at its lowest level since the 1970s. Those are the facts.

Meanwhile, I worked with Congress on a comprehensive fix, and last year, 68 Democrats, Republicans, and Independents came together to pass a bipartisan bill in the Senate. It wasn’t perfect. It was a compromise, but it reflected common sense. It would have doubled the number of border patrol agents, while giving undocumented immigrants a pathway to citizenship if they paid a fine, started paying their taxes, and went to the back of the line. And independent experts said that it would help grow our economy and shrink our deficits.

Had the House of Representatives allowed that kind of a bill a simple yes-or-no vote, it would have passed with support from both parties, and today it would be the law. But for a year and a half now, Republican leaders in the House have refused to allow that simple vote.

Now, I continue to believe that the best way to solve this problem is by working together to pass that kind of common sense law. But until that happens, there are actions I have the legal authority to take as President – the same kinds of actions taken by Democratic and Republican Presidents before me – that will help make our immigration system more fair and more just.

Tonight, I am announcing those actions.

First, we’ll build on our progress at the border with additional resources for our law enforcement personnel so that they can stem the flow of illegal crossings, and speed the return of those who do cross over.

Second, I will make it easier and faster for high-skilled immigrants, graduates, and entrepreneurs to stay and contribute to our economy, as so many business leaders have proposed.

Third, we’ll take steps to deal responsibly with the millions of undocumented immigrants who already live in our country.

I want to say more about this third issue, because it generates the most passion and controversy. Even as we are a nation of immigrants, we are also a nation of laws. Undocumented workers broke our immigration laws, and I believe that they must be held accountable – especially those who may be dangerous. That’s why, over the past six years, deportations of criminals are up 80 percent. And that’s why we’re going to keep focusing enforcement resources on actual threats to our security. Felons, not families. Criminals, not children. Gang members, not a mother who’s working hard to provide for her kids. We’ll prioritize, just like law enforcement does every day.

A tidal wave of "immigrants" can be expected...

No

In the musical, West Side Story, one of the many melodies was, “They’re Coming to America.” However, those immigrants from Puerto Rico were understood to be arriving legally. Now we have illegal aliens infiltrating our 1,989-mile-long southern border, but many coming to the sound of a very different and horribly discordant tune; one tinged with Islamic and/or Arabic overtones.

According to recently released data from U.S. Customs and Border Protection, 5,063 individuals from nations that harbor Islamic terrorists were arrested last year alone trying to cross into America from Mexico. None of these were Mexicans, Guatemalans, or Hondurans; they were citizens from far-away nations consumed by militant Islam.

Afghanistan, where U.S. troops battle the Taliban, is the home of 70 people arrested at the southern frontier in 2013 alone.

Syria, birthplace of ISIS and a civil war ravaged nation with over 200,000 dead saw 72 of its countrymen captured at our border.

Sudan, designated by the State Department as an official “state sponsor of terrorism,” where Christians in the south have been the subject of massive genocide by the Arab Muslim north, was the starting point for 168 individuals who were stopped en-route to the U.S.A.

Iran, the ultimate Islamic state sponsor of terrorism, is busy trying to build an atomic bomb. A total of 257 Iranians got caught on our border.

Nigeria — headquarters of al-Qaeda offshoot Boko-Haram, which practices child-sex slavery and anti-Christian genocide — is the nation from which 492 people departed before getting snagged on the way into America.

But these are only the culprits that were caught. Those that have escaped capture and successfully infiltrated the U.S. may now well run into the thousands and constitute numerous sleeper cells waiting to unleash atrocities in our towns and cities in the name of Allah.

The U.S. Transportation Safety Administration recognizes the following nations as either state sponsors of terrorism or as counties of interest. They include Afghanistan, Algeria, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Nigeria, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, and Yemen. This information is available in Table 34 of the 2013 Yearbook of Immigration Statistics. Every one of these states are Muslim with the exception of Nigeria which remains torn in bloody conflict between the Muslim north and the mostly Christian south.

It can be assumed that most of the illegal aliens infiltrating our southern border from the suspect countries are not necessarily terrorists but we know from bitter experience how much horror can be inflicted upon America by just a handful. September 11 vividly illustrated the mass carnage that 19 such evildoers could perpetrate.

Deroy Murdock, a Fox News contributor and media fellow with the Hoover Institution on War, Revolution and Peace at Stanford University, recently suggested: “Given the destruction and bloodshed that 19 Islamic extremists from Saudi Arabia (or even one) can perpetrate, the idea that such potential killers could illegally gain access to the American homeland is truly chilling.”

As far back as last July, 2014, Congressman Ted Poe (R-TX) told CBS’s local Dallas Fort Worth affiliate he believes that ISIS will use Texas’s southern border to enter the United States:

“Of course the way they would come to the United States would be through the porous border with Mexico. The drug cartels will bring people into the country no matter who they are — for money,” says Poe … It is well known that drug cartels are assisting Islamic terrorists in gaining entrance and crossing the border. In fact it’s been going on for some time.”
One day, something worse than 9/11 will come to our shores.

Sad

No matter how many wacko websites you find and quote, it does not change the facts....the facts are deportations are up and the number of people trying to get into the U-S illegally is down....and oh yeah, more than 2/3 of the U-S Senate approved a new immigration bill that has been and continues to be held up by John Boehner.

Breaking into America’s house in the middle of the night, demanding ownership of the deed of trust is dishonorable

The amnesty by executive fiat is a fait accompli - five million law breakers are now going to become American citizens with all the benefits American taxpayers are forced to provide, including ObamaCare.

The “fiscal cost of immigration” will include: Medicaid, unemployment insurance, Social Security, workmen compensation, TANF, earned income credit, WIC, SNAP, free phones, SSI, free education, free lunch programs, kindergarten programs, day care, and other services such as police protection, fire protection, military protection, libraries, parks, highways, and over 80 different welfare programs that already provide cash, food, utilities, education, and housing to 100 million low-income Americans.

Young Americans and their families will pay hefty health insurance premiums for Obamacare, with high deductibles and diminished benefits on the bronze, silver, and gold levels, while illegal aliens will pay nothing or $2.71 per month.

Executive Order On Immigration Imminent - Page 4 Empty Re: Executive Order On Immigration Imminent

Post  obervantone Tue Nov 25, 2014 12:04 pm

John Boehner is hold this up...no one else.
Most Americans support the types of reforms I’ve talked about tonight. But I understand the disagreements held by many of you at home. Millions of us, myself included, go back generations in this country, with ancestors who put in the painstaking work to become citizens. So we don’t like the notion that anyone might get a free pass to American citizenship. I know that some worry immigration will change the very fabric of who we are, or take our jobs, or stick it to middle-class families at a time when they already feel like they’ve gotten the raw end of the deal for over a decade. I hear these concerns. But that’s not what these steps would do. Our history and the facts show that immigrants are a net plus for our economy and our society. And I believe it’s important that all of us have this debate without impugning each other’s character.

Because for all the back-and-forth of Washington, we have to remember that this debate is about something bigger. It’s about who we are as a country, and who we want to be for future generations.

Are we a nation that tolerates the hypocrisy of a system where workers who pick our fruit and make our beds never have a chance to get right with the law? Or are we a nation that gives them a chance to make amends, take responsibility, and give their kids a better future?

Are we a nation that accepts the cruelty of ripping children from their parents’ arms? Or are we a nation that values families, and works to keep them together?

Are we a nation that educates the world’s best and brightest in our universities, only to send them home to create businesses in countries that compete against us? Or are we a nation that encourages them to stay and create jobs, businesses, and industries right here in America?

That’s what this debate is all about. We need more than politics as usual when it comes to immigration; we need reasoned, thoughtful, compassionate debate that focuses on our hopes, not our fears.

I know the politics of this issue are tough. But let me tell you why I have come to feel so strongly about it. Over the past few years, I have seen the determination of immigrant fathers who worked two or three jobs, without taking a dime from the government, and at risk at any moment of losing it all, just to build a better life for their kids. I’ve seen the heartbreak and anxiety of children whose mothers might be taken away from them just because they didn’t have the right papers. I’ve seen the courage of students who, except for the circumstances of their birth, are as American as Malia or Sasha; students who bravely come out as undocumented in hopes they could make a difference in a country they love. These people – our neighbors, our classmates, our friends – they did not come here in search of a free ride or an easy life. They came to work, and study, and serve in our military, and above all, contribute to America’s success.

Illegals are already getting healthcare for free—and that's likely to continue when other Illegals find legal citizenship puts them in the position of having to support other Illegals.

My "ancestors" include The Greatest Generation. Those who arrived in the last century were first tested for communicable diseases. (And why most Immigrants were processed at an island!)

The answer is a long read, but you'd be surprised at the benefits they get. There's even more than I thought!

Law Dictionary: Why is it that Illegal Aliens Get Free Food Stamps, Health Insurance and Pay No Taxes?
Americans who are struggling to survive due to high unemployment and low wages may be asking why illegal aliens receive benefits from state and federal governments. Federal law does prevent illegal aliens from receiving benefits meant for American citizens. The only benefit that illegal aliens are allowed is emergency medical care.

http://thelawdictionary.org/article/why-is-it-that-illegal-aliens-get-free-food-stamps-health-insurance-and-pay-no-taxes/

Additionally, in my experience, nobody has been turned away from a hospital's Emergency Room. (And why many hospital were closing ERs in the last decade—particularly in California).

That is correct, people without health insurance routinely use ERs as their primary care physician....because they do not have health insurance. Are you now saying that people without health insurance should be denied health care at Emergency Rooms? Talk about a death panel!
