NBC anchor: I’m gay, I’m pregnant and I’m marrying my partner
It’s been a busy week for NBC’s Jenna Wolfe.
The correspondent and weekend anchor for the “Today” show announced during Wednesday’s show that she’s gay, as well as pregnant. Now she’s announcing plans to marry her partner
, NBC News correspondent Stephanie Gosk.
And one more news flash: They’re expecting a girl.
“This is the most exciting thing that has ever happened to us,” Miss Wolfe said, according to People magazine. “But I don’t want to bring my daughter into a world where I’m not comfortable telling everyone who I am and who her mother
is.”
Miss Wolfe, 39, and Miss Gosk, 40, have been together for three years, People reports. They wanted to start a family
last year, but had difficulty conceiving.

I find that silly but I do believe that everybody should have the opportunity to marry the one they love.

Just this week, I was reading of a Lez (a good Scrabble word, btw) who was taking her boy-child out of the Cub Scouts, and "fel-l-l-l-l-t" she was being discriminated against by being asked to resign her "leadership" position.

Welcome to Amerika 2013.
Free to be queer?
Got it.
Free to conduct your life outside of full government surveillance?

Notice those in the audience with "Crossed-Wrists"?

This is one of the reasons why the right is losing voters. Their are more gay folks out there than you think. I started the thread because of the goofyness of one sentence I thought was funny not to disparage many of our fellow American's.

I haven't commented because I think it is their business, but since I think it is their business, I wonder why they feel the need to announce all this to the world? As I said before, people are people, we all are different, but we should all be equal. It seems like these two want to make whatever they are, better than the rest of us. Government and the rest of us should let people live their lives. But of course that's not to be.

I agree WHL. There are fewer and fewer people that know the meaning of discretion.

Unless you are a threat to the regime.
Then the "left" doesn't care.
Glenn Greenwald is gay.

'Exactly what the Homosexual-Agenda wants you to "know".
'Funny that we have to re-learn how to "do business" from Communist-China—and now—"Godless" Russia speaks out on the same topic of the Homosexual Agenda that US Media wants you to "know":
"Homosexuals can try and twist the facts about the homosexual disorder and usher despicable disdain and hatred against religion all they like but that will not change the truth. Sexuality has an intrinsic meaning and direction which is not homosexual. The meaning and direction of sexuality is to bring about the union of man and woman, and in this way give humanity posterity, children, future.
"This is the determination internal to the essence of sexuality. Everything else is against sexuality's intrinsic meaning and direction. This is a point we need to hold firm, even if it is not pleasing to our age. Youth have the right to be provided informed consent about the serious medical and psychiatric illnesses, and risks, of the homosexual lifestyle. Pediatricians, mental health professionals, physicians, nurses and school counselors have a clear legal responsibility to do so, and parents, family members, educators, and clergy a grave moral responsibility. There has been a monumental shift in the secular world's attitude towards homosexuality over the past few decades. In particular over the past fifteen years there has been a major public campaign to gain acceptance for homosexuality."Legalizing same-sex marriage has become the end goal of the campaign to equate homosexuality with heterosexuality. A propaganda blitz has been sweeping the world by a small minority of influential lobby groups using political tactics and money to persuade the public about the legitimacy of homosexuality. The media is rife with negative labels implying that one is "hateful" or "homophobic" if they do not accept the homosexual lifestyle as legitimate. This political coercion has silenced many into acquiescence. Thus attitude has seeped into the weak-minded of society and many have become confused or have accepted the media's portrayal of this issue. Homosexuality is not an acceptable lifestyle or a genuine identity.Indeed, same-sex attractions can be modified and healed as has been proven in numerous situations. It is simply naive, stubborn and selfish to reject the notion that a homosexually inclined person cannot overcome his or her inclination and desire. Behaviors are changeable no matter what anyone may say or tell you. Abandoning people to lifelong loneliness and despair by denying all hope of overcoming and healing their same-sex attraction is heartlessly cruel. I would never wish such a thing on a homosexual. What homosexuals need is love and the right therapy that consists of reinforcing the natural gender-identity of the individual by helping him or her understand and repair the emotional wounds that led to its disorientation and weakening, thus enabling the resumption and completion of the individual's emotional development. Homosexuals are not beyond repair despite their stubbornness. Having rejected the scientific facts, what they need is a self-motivated process of turning away from any transgression or sin and returning to God and one's spiritual essence. This includes refining and reintegrating one's personality and allowing it to grow in a healthy and wholesome manner. These processes are typically facilitated and coordinated with the help of a specially trained counselor or therapist working in conjunction with a qualified spiritual teacher or guide."
I saw the "goofiness".
"They had difficulty conceiving".

That post will lose more votes than the few it might gain. I'm sorry that I started this thread.

Well...don't be. When I find another newstory that shows how male homosexuals prey on "arousable" pre-teens, I'll be posting it. Why should we care if people are offended by real news?
If you read The Boston Globe's newspaper section with "engagements", you might throw up a little—especially when you actually know that each—or all, we're not through with "accepting" polyamorous homosexual couples, yet—have spoken of being "molested" (whatever that is supposed to mean) as a pre-teen—by a homosexual.
I found it especially disturbing that a naive mother would let her 13-y-o son "play" next door with a homosexual couple; of course, the boy asphyxiated in the commission of homosexual acts with the two. (But most are "recruited" into the ideation of homosexuality—where else would their numbers come from?)
What a surprise for a Mom—no grandchildren...!

In my humble opinion ... we have more important things to worry about.

Re: NBC anchor: I’m gay, I’m pregnant and I’m marrying my partner
According to Huffington only about 4 million persons are gay or lesbian. Let's say a third of them live as couples. That would be about 1 and a quarter million couples. It is none of my business what they do in the privacy of their home.
On the other hand I'm sick of the many that share information that is none of my business. What happened to discretion?

You mean, since we've been on The Downslope of History, it can only get worse?
There's a "crash" ahead?

To children?
To "passed-around" children?
To "adopted" children?
To advance "White Slavery"?
Only Democrats, who have taken nearly every perversion under their [Left] wing could "make it all better", by lowering the age of consent—rectifying their permissive "slide into depravity".
—you watch...

Re: NBC anchor: I’m gay, I’m pregnant and I’m marrying my partner
It is never a bad thing to pass on information.
My problem is how this is being done. Unfortunately it is the same way everything gets done these days.
If you don’t support Obama, you are a racist.
If you don’t support welfare, you hate children.
If you don’t believe the government should pay for abortion and contraception, you hate women.
If you don’t believe in amnesty, you are a bigot.
If you don’t believe in Obamacare, you hate seniors and the poor.
If you don’t believe in gay marriage, you are a homophobe.
There are infinite legitimate reasons to support or reject these beliefs, yet this country has gotten so toxic, nothing gets debated on merits anymore. Simply vilify the opponent and move on.
I could tell you why this is happening, but then I might be called a racist.

I hope you don't mind that I prioritized your list.
Good post OL.
We need to fix most of this starting at the top.

I thought of doing the same thing—definitely needs repeating.
