NJ-Cops beat, sic attack dog on unarmed man, paralyzing him
Being beaten half to death and a dog ripping your face off, leaving you semi paralyzed, for the crime of being underage in a casino, seems like freedom to me.

Just because he was underage??? My God, that is a horrible crime! How dare he? He really looked dangerous too, like he was attacking those officers. (sarcasm of course) This is awful. What is this country coming to? I know there are a lot of bad and dangerous people in this country, but can't cops tell the difference from a truly dangerous person?? Obviously a lot of them cant'. Are they just so high on adrenalin or so bored that they need to attack citizens???

It looked to me like they were giving him the opportunity to walk away. I agree that what happened afterwards was inexcusable.

Watch it again at 31 seconds. He is pointing both hands at the cop while yelling. Both left and right index fingers are extended just like one would do to imitate a gun. He did that twice. Of course I have no way of knowing for sure but in order to instigate a response like that I bet he was telling them he was going to come back and shoot them or something to that effect.

I did watch it again after I saw your post but I didn't hear anything. Maybe my sound isn't loud enough but I put it up as high as it will go. I did see motions with his hands that could have been like he was pointing a gun. I will look at it again.
Ok, I watched it again and still couldn't hear him say anything. He was pointing his fingers though.

I don't think the video has audio. Watch his mouth. He was definitely yelling something.

Agreed.fshnski wrote:He should have kept his mouth shut.
The K-9 officer appears to have been thrown off-balance, then thrown off-balance again.
Tricky...maybe it's a "practiced-move."
Re: NJ-Cops beat, sic attack dog on unarmed man, paralyzing him
We don't really know what precipitated the cops actions after they had him on the ground. I thought they went overboard from what I could see.

Probably, and also the bunch of cops who were kneeing the poor kid were off balance too. Tricky...maybe it's a "practice-move also.News Hawk wrote:Agreed.fshnski wrote:He should have kept his mouth shut.

The cops are a bunch of cowards to beat that kid the way they did.

Their Police Chief looks like Obama's son, so they can cry "Racist" to those who object to "overboard" behavior.

'Cos, you know, nothing says Freedom like "Shut up, Mundane, or get your face chewed off by police dogs."fshnski wrote:He should have kept his mouth shut.
It's called a ThugScrum.
Not that I disagree, mind you.
You should never talk to, call or have any interaction with cops.
Avoid them at all costs, because, as you see, all it takes is one wrong move, one wrong comment, one "furtive gesture" and you are down, getting beaten half to death, or worse.
Avoid these psychopaths.

I'm sorry you feel that way. I have never had a bad experience with a LEO. Over the years I have had to interact with LEOs at least a hundred times if you include Conservation Officers and Marine Patrol. I might not have been treated as pleasantly as I might have hoped once or twice but not everyone can have a smile on their face every day.

No, I don't feel comfortable around someone who has the legal authority to beat me to a bloody pulp or kill me whenever they feel like it.fshnski wrote:I'm sorry you feel that way. Life is risk of course, but that is one I'm not willing to take, and advise others not to, as well.

He could have been thrown out of the place saying, "I am wearing a suicide bomb"--then followed that up (to arriving police) with, "I want to blow you up--come and get me!"fshnski wrote:He should have kept his mouth shut.
What was the toxology report saying?
