Conservative Darling Indicted

I'm sure it's a conspiracy by the Obama Administration!

The absence of justice for all under Holder and Obama has been turned into a political weapon.

Do you recall when then Senator Obozo was campaigning, his handlers threatened anyone who “lied” about Obozo with prosecution.

When that got out it seemed to fade away.  

Then there whitehouse.gov and the plea to turn in anyone opposed to Obozocare.  

Guess no one took the hints that something nefarious was on the horizon and would flourish with the rising “son” of socialism.

Latest is the DOJ assigning a gunslinger US attorney within 24 hours of CC's speech re: two lane closures.

I wonder if NPR administrators will be indicted for violating Campaign Finance laws. They were nothing but a liberal ad agency the last two elections.

Lets look at the facts...

1. Under Obama, laws are selectively enforced (immigration is a good example as well as voter fraud.)

2. Under Obama, laws seem to be enforced when it involves conservatives, but otherwise not.

3. Under Obama, anyone voicing dissent to his administration suddenly finds themselves in some legal trouble with the IRS or DOJ. (The left refers to this as either justice or conspiracy theory.)


EVERY AMERICAN should be very, very concerned about the tactics this administration has used. Keep in mind that eventually there will be a republican president. Will such behavior be acceptable then?

Obama also went after Standard and Poor's for degrading from a Triple A. They also are indicted.

How about this one:

Obama is going after right leaning organization Friends of Abe

Stop me if you’ve heard this before. A conservative group applies for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status with the IRS in full compliance of the law, but gets jerked around for a couple of years in a process that should just take a few months. The IRS tax-exempt unit then starts demanding private information that isn’t germane to the application, but which worries members about just why the IRS would want this kind of information about opponents to the current administration.

I'm sure that's all very comforting to the defendant in this case

You can charge anybody with anything but if they are indicted by a "Federal Grand Jury" then it was a group of his peers that thought he should be charged. Isn't this the way the court system works??

You can blame Obama all you want but he still has to follow the laws of the land or else he will be in front of a "Federal Grand Jury"...can you show me where President Obama has been charged with violating any law????

If a conservative or liberal breaks the law then he/she should be prosecuted.

BTW, things fade away because the accusations were just a bunch of BS lies. Nothing will fade away if the right wing haters have real proof that someone did something wrong.

That's right, Achigan. All of the accusations against Obama come from the book of Right Wing Mythology! That's when they have a hack like Darrel Issa make all of these accusations without a shred of evidence. They don't care if they have any evidence because they believe the accusation is damaging enough. That was enough to give Obama 2 terms!

That's right, Achigan. All of the accusations against Obama come from the book of Right Wing Mythology! President Obama gets up in the morning as a free man and goes to the oval office to do what's right for the American people.  He hasn't broken any laws or done anything unethical while in office. It is driving the right wing crazy because what they hear on Fox news doesn't pan about to be anything but BS lies.
Everyday something is posted here that says Obama is a liar and destroying America.  Then it just fades away because nothing becomes of it.  This must be driving the Right Wing Haters crazy.

This administration interprets the law and decides what laws to enforce and what laws to ignore. (You DO know they really don’t have this power don’t you?).  They do whatever they want to suit their political agenda.

The evidence is in plain sight that they target those who oppose their views.  You can deny it all you want, but it changes nothing.  There will be a time when your party is not in power, I wonder how your attitudes will change.  But then again…we kinda know.

OK, then where are the impeachment proceedings? If you think it's a slam dunk that Obama has committed crime(s) you should lobby Congress to impeach Obama. I want to see the Republicans make fools out of themselves! (again)

I can't say a republican was guilty of anything and I never have.  The court decides/decided that and there are plenty of cases in the news today.
 
We are talking about President Obama and he hasn't been legally accused of breaking any laws.

Just pointing out this administration’s selective enforcement of laws and targeting of his political opponents. This SHOULD bother all Americans regardless of party.

As far as the conservative targeting, Benghazi, Fast and Furious, NSA etc., there is certainly enough evidence for the DOJ to actually be engaged.

If they are being targeted (which I doubt that they are) what are they worried about??? Did they break some law and are afraid they'll be caught?
They should just STFU and do their job and stop worry about being targeted. There has to be some guilt if it in-fact it does bother them.
Be honest and you should be able sleep like a baby at night.

I thought we were talking about something that President Obama had done to throw him in jail.  "Mismanaged bureaucracy" is not the same thing as committing a crime. I agree with the FBI because there is a lot of that going on in government.
 
This is what the FBI has said about the IRS issue:
 
"In January 2014, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) announced that it had found no evidence warranting the filing of federal criminal charges in connection with the scandal. The FBI stated it found no evidence of “enemy hunting" of the kind that had been suspected, but that the investigation did reveal the IRS to be a mismanaged bureaucracy enforcing rules that IRS personnel did not fully understand."

Darn funny isn't it, that all the organizations targeted were TEA PARTY type organizations? And there was no wrongdoing? Sure.
