Did this site get hacked?

I just got an email using my handle " observantone" that an account from Servimg has been created for me. I only use the obervantone handle on this site and I have not signed up for anything. So has the site been hacked and what do I do about this?

I got no emails.  I can't speak for anyone else.

If you look at the bottom of the home page, you'll occasionally see "bot" as a registered user of this site. A bot will "create" an acct to lure you in, just ignore it or try blocking it in your e-mail service....never open the e-mail or you'll be hounded unending.

I didn't open it, I sent it to my spam filter. I was just wondering if anyone else ran into this and if someone/program on the site is phishing,
