It will be an interesting cycle... Warren keeps saying "I'm not running" but has not said "I am not going to run"

At this point, neither she or Ms Clinton are running.

What happened to your unequivocal support for Hillary? Are you agreeing that Hillary is "old news" as a candidate, and that Lie-a-watha is a likely choice, with Socialist Bernie Sanders included in the running?

I think it will be an entirely new face for the Dims in 2016 (I. e., None of the above).

A new article:

As Mark Twain said, “History may not repeat itself, but it does rhyme.” So it is with the political dynamic, then and now.

Clinton acted entitled, and Obama offered a charismatic alternative. She represented the tired past, he a fresh future. (And what a future it's become!)

A possible Warren sequel to that historic upset has been taking shape for months, but it has now crystallized. The first-term senator’s rallying cry against what she called “a giveaway to the most powerful banks” almost scuttled the budget bill in the House before bipartisan support allowed her to have it both ways.

She comes out of the wreckage as the standard-bearer of progressive populism without being blamed for shutting down the government. Her GOP doppelgänger, Ted Cruz, should have been so lucky.

Second, at the Washington Post: “Elizabeth Warren was told to stay quiet, but she didn’t – and it’s paying off.” Third, another at the Post, ”Amid Warren buzz, Clinton might do well not to wait too long to announce 2016 bid.”

Hillary is not my choice for the nomination, but I'm sure I'll be voting for the next president when I vote for her in the general election!

Maybe NB read this article from People magazine?

"In June, Hillary Rodham Clinton appeared on the cover of People magazine for the first time in more than a decade. Real people, not the magazine, talked about what the article might mean for 2016. They talked about whether Clinton was using a walker (she wasn't). They talked about people talking about whether Clinton was using a walker (She still wasn't).

What they didn't do was buy the magazine. According to a report from AdWeek on Monday, the June 16 issue of People featuring the former first lady and senator was the magazine's worst selling of 2014 with 503,890 copies sold. The magazine's best-selling issue --1,169,800 copies -- was the one featuring Robin Williams after his death in late August. AdWeek said that celebrity weeklies saw poor performances with issues that featured the Kardashians and Beyonce on the cover.
Hillary's tired.

NB, you told us many, many times that she was going to be our next President and you had nothing but praise for her.

Bernie is a smart guy and actually can defend his ideas. Like Warren, I do not think he can be elected nationally (same as the uber right wingers)

He even calls himself a socialist. I hope enough people don't believe in Socialism in this country to elect him. One can hope….

I believe she is going to be our next president, but I voted for Obama in the primary against her, and I'll vote for Sanders or Warren in the primary against her this time. Come general election time I will vote for Hillary. I agree with Red Hill, Sanders and Warren are too far to the left for national acceptance. I think Jeb Bush has the best shot against Hillary, but he'll be too moderate for the Tea Party conservatives. Jeb Bush is the only Republican I can swallow. The rest of them are all nuts!

Of course you like Jeb, because like his brother he is moderate. And like George, you will be able to bash him for what a bad President he is/was/

I wonder if NB is tech-savvy enough to have a single key that types "Bush's Fault"?

Hillary is not inevitable...but then again she appears to have the support if she decides to seek the nomination:
