Typical.

Parents need to continue their kid's learning process at home. You can shovel $100B at the Newark schools and they will fail because of a lack of parenting.

It's true, parenting plays a huge role in how well kids do in school.  More money thrown at a bureaucracy does no good.  There is way too much administration in schools today, way to much!!
