Pressure-Washers—Great Fun! Empty Pressure-Washers—Great Fun!

Post  News Hawk Thu Jul 25, 2013 6:55 am

My last pressure-washer, a gas-powered "rebuilt", cost me $1500. Boy, was that powerful and FUN. Very Happy

But yesterday, with misgivings, I bought a $99 electric pressure-washer at Lowe's. To hasten my misgivings, in a "returns" cart by the cashier was the same model of pressure-washer.

No

I think the name is "Green-Machine", or something similar with the word "Green".

Anyone have luck with these?

If this is the one, it works real good at 1500 psi.
It will clean just about everything.

'Nice to get confirmation after seeing the identical pressure-cleaner in Lowe's "Returns-Bin".

Rumor has it that FLL from the FATP returned the pressure washer after using it for 90 days. Very Happy

I really do think that you will like it.

I used it Saturday. It's OK—but slow-going. I'm spoiled by Tim-the-Toolman's "More Power". (My old machine). Very Happy

Storage might be a problem.

Storage instructions study  (which are not on the outside of the box) says it can't be stored under freezing conditions.

No matter what pressure washer you have, it's slow going. Distance from nozzle to area being washed takes practice so that you get the best results. Most people aren't patient enough to take the amount of time it takes to do a good job. Pressure washing is not for the type "A" person.
