Big cities get the tax benefits of Municipal Bonds.

What do rural areas get?

They get taxed by the Federal Government to rebuild Big Cities.

Until 2008, we were "A Nation of Laws" (...and not "A Nation of Men") : it's what distinguishes this country from the Banana Republics of Latin America.

That there are pieces of Styrofoam blowing around the streets of NYC shows the lack of responsibility among New Yorkers.

If it wasn't for Municipal Bonds (Federally-protected "loans" by people), there wouldn't be such monstrosities on America's landscapes.
