The end justifies the means

President Obama's decision last week to suspend the employer mandate of the Affordable Care Act may be welcome relief to businesses affected by this provision, but it raises grave concerns about his understanding of the role of the executive in our system of government.
Article II, Section 3, of the Constitution states that the president "shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed." This is a duty, not a discretionary power. While the president does have substantial discretion about how to enforce a law, he has no discretion about whether to do so.

The Administration continues to adhere to "the end justifies the means" implementation process. And we the people just keep right on allowing it.


The laws just do not apply to 0bama and his minions, not even when they are the ones who write and sign the laws.

The level of sleaziness of the 0bama Administration is almost incomprehensible. One would think an announcement about a major delay in
0bama’s signature legislation would be a rather important. He didn’t make the announcement; instead a low level staffer posts it on some obscure blog late at night right before the holiday weekend.

I am old enough to remember when Democrats cared about our liberties and would condemn and protest the government spying on all of us and targeting some of us for our beliefs. Democrats cared about government accountability, debt and deficit and those killed in war.

What happened to those Democrats?

Next Obama will suspend YOUR Right to make negative comments about what POTUS is doing. Freedom and Liberty are dying at the hands of 0bama. And all the while, the crowd on the left cheers!
