Well, it took a while, but I can finally sign off. I couldn't keep up with all the posting today. I am sitting outside in a warm spot though so it is just so enjoyable. It is very windy and cool today, so you have to find that just right spot. I can't believe it is this cool this early in the season. We took the big boat out for a ride today and the waves were huge rollers out in the broads. Even in that boat, we had to go fast coming home to roll over the huge waves. It reminded me of the ocean in a hurricane. I am very sad though because that is the last ride of the summer, as the boat is coming out next week.

Well, this is just the big boat. The others will be in until Oct. It's funny after Labor Day things change and not a lot of weekend days are great boating days.

It's quiet there unless you're on a canal; in fact, it's quieter there ithan the "Wal-Mart-side" of Lake Winnipesaukee. Aside from drug-addled / boozed-up Key West, the crime rate may be lower than here.

There are some malcontents, however.

I stayed at Grassy Key for a couple of weeks. Took the trip to Key West to see the sites. I really enjoyed it. The food was great.

I gotta say, restaurants are generally excellent, better seafood than Johnsons's of New Durham.

Grassy Key is the home of "swimming-with-Dolphins"—not too pricey—kinda fun!

Went for a boat ride today and it was so nice. I have to say, it was a lot calmer than yesterday and there were a lot more boats out there. I thought it might be cold but it wasn't.

It's always nice in the sun, unless you are too hot, then you want to be in the shade. I love the sun, but my skin doesn't. I have to be careful.
