The last shut down was before 9-11. Senator Lindsey Graham. 'I talked to Director Clapper and General Alexander from the NSA and was told the shutdown is compromising national security that we are less safe. If that is true have they told that to obama? If they have, and I assume that to be correct, where is our commander in chief? Why isn't he on the phone , right now, trying to get the senate and the house leadership together to talk about the compromised security?   This will only help terrorists and our enemies. Why isn't obama leading to get a result here?"
