Massachusetts allows residents to pay the former (higher) state income tax rate. The very few that do pay the higher rate, earn too little income to own-up to their supposed declared moral standards.



IF there becomes a push to tax Internet sales, the National-Socialists will be responsible for it.

Neither NH nor Florida have a State Income Tax: even though it's not required, shouldn't every resident in those two states insist on paying a state income tax in their respective states?
