I missed that one as well.
In The Messiah's head, the people of Ferguson are fighting against the evil ruling class who are racist.

In ISIS, The Messiah believes in his heart that they are freedom fighters fighting against evil American imperialism—but he can't agree with their tactics.

At least, not out loud.
