“Five justices of the Supreme Court agreed with North Dakota and other parties that EPA’s regulation would impose massive irreparable harms on North Dakota and the rest of the country and that there was a substantial likelihood EPA was acting unlawfully,” Paul Seby, an attorney with law firm Greenberg Traurig representing the state of North Dakota, told The Daily Caller News Foundation.

That's just what amazes me. They don't stop to think. Something sounds good but what about the laws of cause and affect.

This was a Presidential "Executive Order". Executive Orders can be issued by governors within their states—experience even Sarah Palin had while in office but, as Illinois Senator, Barrack Hussein Obama did not.

Sometimes a phone and a pen are not enough. A President can't just side-step Congress—at least Constitutionally. Did the US elect a dictator?

President Trump will surely vacate most of BO's executive orders—especially those lacking Constitutional / Congressional attention.
