Know this Boat?

I called the Marine Patrol on him, and guess what?

Though I called the MP's "Emergency Number" (by accident), I have no idea where the call ended up.

Is that a dog tied to the rope but onshore?

I can't see the boat.  I only see a bit of white and red. I clicked on the pic and pulled it over and could see the boat. I don't know it.

I don't think so...it's a different matter to be resolved hopefully by tomorrow morning -- if I can get to the MPs somehow.

At their "Emergency Number", I got an answering machine, with only a name, no title, and no indications I'd reached the Marine Patrol.

 

So is the rope the anchor rope?

They've tied to shore and to an anchor, but that's not the issue.

I'll know more tomorrow -- early...

But this was an easy one for the MPs to resolve this morning, without any angst.
