Dunno...It apparently was a change in WPD policy that I noticed.
My former home county melted-down perfectly good firearms to make manhole covers.

Well, I agree, it's a better policy than that.
I'm just wondering, being who I am of course, that I question who got what "impounded" from them by the cops?
