You agree that what he did was okay? If so that explains volumes If not why didn't you speak up?

The laws are for everyone else...not him.

I wasn't there so I don't know if what he did was legal or not. All I am saying is you sound like such an angry person in all your posts.

I am basing this on his own post BRAGGING about that he did!  As I said I take HOAXES VERY SERIOUSLY and quite frankly if I had the authority, he would be in jail awaiting trial for this!

He admitted sending a HOAX signal, warning the boater he did not like of a dangerous situation where none existed...ALL because he did not like what they were LEGALLY doing and then bragged about it...HIS OWN WORDS!

You might have been able to hear a "surfer-boat" out in front of my place this afternoon. The only time the "music" got turned off was to converse with the surfer!  
Out of sight, I picked that one prize moment to give five long blasts from my boat horn. They got the message, and moved further down the harbor.

It's not the first time...I recall him being critical of others when he posted about a boater that was in distress in Winter Harbor off his property....he was critical that no boaters stopped and helped and when I questioned him if he called the Marine Patrol or offered any assistance himself he said NO...that the boater was looking for help FROM OTHER BOATERS...If you recall that is when I started calling him the "Neighbor of Kitty Genovese"!

I HAVE NO USE FOR THAT PATHETIC SELF-RIGHTOUS PIECE OF TRASH!  ANGRY ABOUT IT?  YOU BET YOUR ASS I AM!

Today, I saw a ski boat pull up to a (Tuftonboro) dock, and he gave six blasts of his horn. I don't know the boat's operator, so it would be impossible for obervantone to lash out at that boater.

Everybody's* having fun out on the water, so any kind of air horn blast gets ignored.



*The NHMP went tearing-by later this afternoon, and stopped a boat (with two kids in a tube behind) that had no registration numbers. Who would have called that "violation" in, I wonder? (Not me).

He then went off to the Winnmiir Woods area at top speed.

Who's keeping the NHMP so busy? (Not me).

This afternoon was no exception.
