I cannot take credit. My wife is an interior designer and does professional stagging for a living. So the house looks like a model home.

Hard part is keeping it this way with a 5 year old and a 2 year old. I swear they are like a hurricane whatever room they go into. LOL

That does make a big difference. Comes in handy to have her do that when you have a house to sell!

I have always tried to have my boat ready by late April.

Late April is a very good goal. There can be some nice days in May. Water is still very cold then which brings the temps down on the water.

June 21st.... So I should be on the lake a few times this year...

The good news is as of April I can focus my attention on my boat for I will not need to be wasting weekends with open houses and viewings!

i am traveling all next week but if it the weather starts to improve I am thinking of pulling her the first week of april.

Sorry, I was traveling all last week for work.. Vegas and Atlanta. Vegas was beautiful. 83 and not a cloud in the sky. Atlanta was nice but chilly (36 degrees) when I woke up on Thursday.

But I am back now and won't start packing for a bit. We close at the end of June so plenty of time.

Glad you are back. I am glad I don't have to move. The end of June will come quick enough!

It isn't following you per say. When you do enough searches many sites save your searches and match advertisements in hopes to connect with you. That is why when you look at hotels on priceline or hotels.com suddenly many of your banner ads on facebook or in this case forums will pop up with similar hotels or competitive alternatives.

So it looks like you have been doing some Goffstown real estate searches.... Interesting..............

NH must have been looking for real estate in Goffstown. Was it you that bought Sumr's house, NH????

That's the strange part: I've only mentioned Goffstown in Wolfeboro forums—both defunct!

The only real estate I'd mentioned in G-mails had to do with a vacant canal lot in Florida.
