Everyone's Boat Ready?

Well a friend of mine said Lilly Pond is out and he says it is like clockwork that Ice Out is 10 - 14 days after that........ So it should be 21st at the latest.

Yep, I read about Lily Pond. And it seems to always be true. Still a week after ice out will be COLD (water) !!

Better than the ocean which is the alternative! Will be bringing all my winter clothing to the lake to store anyway. I will get to use it one last time!!

Yep, you won't need TOO many of those winter clothes in Fl. And yep, the lake will be warmer than the ocean! You said you are taking the boat to Fl., right? Where will you use it there? Lake, river, ocean?

We are moving to Ft. Myers FL. I will store it in Cape Coral so on the river out to the Gulf. Can't wait to see the turquoise water!

Sumr is not reckless, he would not hit a manatee or a sea turtle. He would not go fast in those areas.

I've been restricted from only one forum, and that one celebrates the methodologies of Josef Stalin—so I'm OK with that.

All those I am part of and have been started to keep the likes of you out.. I am surprised WHL allowed you here. She has a big heart.. But I would bet that may be the largest contributing reason people don't want to participate. Actually I don't have to bet, I know.

Either way.. Boat will be there on April 27th. Hoping to meet everyone. If your boat is ready (meaning the forum members) lets meet up!

I don't know what it has to do with the conversation either, sumr. This is not MY forum, though everyone seems to think it is. I am just the helper. But without NH's regular posts this forum would be rather quiet. I do wish we could get some more to join. I know Red Hill's feelings got hurt by NH, but I told him not to take NH seriously. He just likes to jab people. But Red hasn't been back and I miss him. I really wish we could get some more people to join this forum though, I would like to make it fun sometimes. Some silly posts to make us all laugh would be fun. I notice we have a few guests most of the time but not a lot join. I think maybe it is a little hard to find.

After viewing a FATP thread on propane, I stumbled onto that video of boaters doing stupid things while on the water. Yeah, it's worse than even Winnipesaukee at its worse, and there may have been fatalities unbeknowst to the videographers.

'Course Winnipesaukee has had its Ocean-Racer-caused fatalities too, but no one was around with a video camera—so we forget.

Back from FL yesterday. Home has been purchased! Inspection went well.

Boat will be ready on the 26th.. We will be out on the 27th for testing...... Hoping all goes well!

I just read the Emerson Aviation report and they are saying that ice out should be by Thursdays at the latest.

Well we came into a deal that we could not pass up... It has everything including a lake view! (would be more of a puddle in Lake Winni terms) but it is nice that the house does not back up into another person's pool.

Yes I am watching the postings on Iceout. Will be this week and next week will be very cold.
